Money-Back Policy

This policy applies to tuition-style fees listed in THB for Logic Syscode courses. Informational prices on the site do not constitute a checkout; enrollment is confirmed separately in writing.

You may request a refund if you cancel within fourteen (14) days of payment and have not accessed more than twenty percent of downloadable materials or attended live sessions, whichever threshold applies first for your format.

Full refunds apply when eligibility in section 2 is met. Partial refunds may be offered where partial access occurred, calculated pro-rata against stated module completion.

Third-party fees, bespoke data purchases arranged on your behalf, and certification rush processing are non-refundable once ordered. Administrative fees disclosed at checkout are non-refundable after cohort placement.

Email hello@logic-syscode.digital with your full name, course name, payment reference, and reason. We respond within five business days with a decision and timeline.

Approved refunds are processed within fourteen business days to the original payment method where possible; bank-dependent delays may apply.

If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer. Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights under Thai consumer protection laws, including remedies for defective digital content where applicable.
